2006 Patricia Breen Holiday Gala
An Affair to Remember

Connie and the Staff at Christmas at the Zoo cordially invite you to a festive and memorable weekend celebrating the art of Patricia Breen Designs.

The affair will begin Friday, September 8th at 10:00 a.m. Everyone may purchase several ornaments from the studio and our variation tree will include special CATZ colorations.

This year we will feature two tickets.

TICKET A

A $175.00 ticket that will include:
Complimentary ornaments from the studio
Complimentary ornament from CATZ
Dinner Saturday night at the famous ?Governor?, a Portland landmark hotel. In addition our food will be catered by Portland?s outstanding Jake?s Restaurant.
Eric?s ?Snowman?s Social? upstairs at the Billiards Club will be Saturday morning. Patricia will sign one ornament for each attendee and refreshments will be served. You will receive two complimentary ornaments.
Numerous drawings for complimentary ornaments will be held throughout the weekend activities

TICKET B

A $50.00 ticket will include a special Friday evening event at Portland?s Lawrence Art Gallery. Patricia will be here to greet and visit with you.

This evening affair will feature catered hors d?oeuvres, outstanding wine, music, and browsing through the art gallery.

The first 100 guests to register for the Friday evening event will be eligible to purchase a spectacular recoloration ornament created by PBD exclusively for this event. We will also have a drawing for three free tickets for this Friday evening event if you register by July 20th.

Call early to place your reservation for our Patricia Breen party. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. A drawing will be held to determine your ticket number.

An Affair to Remember
Starring Patricia Breen

We are looking forward to seeing all of you in September. Portland is a beautiful city to visit. Our special attractions include: The Japanese Gardens, Classical Chinese Gardens, Rose Test Gardens, Portland Art Museum, Pittock Mansion, Portland Zoo and the wine country. Also see www.travelportland.com. There is a convenient light rail and bus system. Parking is difficult but there are two parking lots close to the store. One is between NW 23rd and 24th at Glisan (two blocks north) and the other is under the new Williams-Sonoma store at 23rd and Flanders (one block north). We will not be able to use the parking lot next door to us this year. They do ticket and tow.

We will have five trees brimming with Breen ornaments. One will feature older and hard-to-find pieces. We will also have our exciting variation tree and event pieces.

Please have all ticket stubs filled out in advance. The Lavender Ticket is for our party at the Lawrence Gallery Friday night. Visit their website at www.lawrencegallery.com. The White Ticket is for the Saturday events. Ticket Stub A is for Eric?s ?Snowman?s Social? upstairs at the Billiards Club. Ticket Stub B is for dinner Saturday night at the Governor Hotel. Ticket holders must be present for all drawings and gifts. Please wear nametags all weekend.

Friday, September 8th

10:00 a.m. Store opens
Check in and pick up packet, free gift from CATZ and the new 2007 portfolio.
View the upcoming 2007 Patricia Breen ornaments.
10:15 a.m. First pick from the variation tree and event ornaments. Your ticket number is your place in line. If you cannot arrive this early you can make your choices at a later time.
5:00 p.m. Store closes
6:00 p.m. Reception at the Lawrence Art Gallery
Saturday, September 9th
9:00 a.m. Store opens
9:15 a.m. Second pick from the variation tree
11:00a.m. Eric?s ?Snowman?s Social?
Patricia will sign one ornament per attendee. Refreshments will be served and you will receive two complimentary ornaments.
6:00 p.m. Cocktail hour and dinner at the Governor Hotel
Drawings for complimentary ornaments will be held throughout the weekend.
