Happy Holidays to all Patrica Breen Collectors,
I am proud to announce that Patricia and Eric Breen have sent me an absolutely fabulous ornament this year to add to your collection. Perfect for a Museum! It is the De Stijl Santa @ $200. It is from the Movement of the same name. One of the artists associated with the movement was Piet Mondrian and Patricia’s ornament holds true to his primary color “Composition with Yellow, Blue, and Red”, 1937-1942 which can be viewed at the London Tate Gallery. You can view the ornament on Patrica’s website.
The ornaments will be going to a lotto drawing via an e-mail response, no phone calls please, to lorriest@bellsouth.net . The Museum will be closing for the holidays on Thursday Dec 23rd and reopening for only the 28th and the 29th. Closing and then reopening again on Jan. 4th. Therefore, in order to accommodate everyone who wants to enter the drawing and might be out of town for the holidays we will pick the names on Jan. 4th.
