Romantic Redux
Year: 2011 Holiday: Valentine's Shared by: Breenbaubles
After Christmas I left the white tree up in the bedroom and transformed it into my Valentine's Day tree for this year. I'm very pleased with how it turned out and I hope you like it too. I've also included photos of some of my other Valentine's Day decor. Pam

| The Valentine's Day tree. I added lots of red and pink berry garlands and picks spaced throughout the tree to help fill up a little space since I don't have an overabundance of ornaments for Valentine's Day. |
| Detail of tree top with three different ribbons for the bow and floral picks at the top. |
| A couple of close-up pics of the tree. The tree is mostly Breens but there are some Inge Glas ornaments and birds too. |
| Another close-up of the tree. |
| I didn't change out the tree skirt from Christmas but it still looks okay. I added some of my pink and red strawberry and cherry ornaments at the bottom because they worked with the color scheme and the berry garlands and picks too. |
| The dresser has my display of vintage-y looking Valentine cupids, ornaments, postcards, heart candy boxes and a few other trinkets. |
| Close-up of the dresser display. The postcards are antique and I found these nice looking Victorian style frames to put them in. |
| A close-up of the vintage style ornaments I've collected. I've hung these on what's supposed to be a jewelry holder. |
| Another small little vignette I have in the hall. I like pulling together different things I have to make these small displays. |
| I really liked this card and then I decided to embellish it with crystals, pearls and repro celluloid flowers which was even more fun. The floral frame with crystals really finished it off well. |
| My small Swarovski Valentine's display is downstairs. Notice how the cupids on the card are holding little potted hearts too? The pink suede Godiva candy box from a few years ago has crystals on top in the shape of a heart. |
| A small heart wreath I made for the back door. I especially like the woven floral ribbon that I wrapped the heart with and the pink and green bow really works well with it. |
